Asphalt Extraction and Removal - Ecolink
A material called bitumen, which is a black viscous liquid used in roofing and road surfacing, is broken down during asphalt removal so that it can no longer bind and seal the asphalt aggregate material together. The loose asphalt aggregate can then then be removed and collected. Bitumen is broken down using an asphalt extraction solvent.
