Vintage ice-crushers and the early glorious ice age
The first time the word ice crusher was used was on an 1880-patented machine from Springfield Massachusetts, for the E. Gilberts & Baker MFC. 1880 patented "Ice Crusher" built by Gilbert & Barker MCF. Gilbert & Barker made Gaslights and is credited with building the first modern "Car Gas Pump" and still operates today.
