2 {¶2} The appeal before this court arises from the tragic drowning death of Eric Bishop ("Eric"), which occurred at Nelson Ledges Quarry Park ("the park") on July 31, 2000. {¶3} The park is a campground, situated on approximately 110 acres, and includes a 30 acre swimming lake for its patrons.
